What do I need to open a virtual mailbox?
You will need two forms of identification: one photo ID and one document showing your current address. You will also complete USPS Form 1583, which authorizes us to receive mail on your behalf; each authorized recipient needs their own form and IDs.

Form 1583 is the USPS authorization required for a commercial mail receiving agency to accept mail for you. It must be completed and notarized before we can receive mail on your behalf. Notary service is available in store.
How do I get my mail?
Pick it up in store during business hours (Monday–Friday, 10 AM–5 PM), or request forwarding to another address. Business plan members can also request open-and-scan delivery by email.

We accept deliveries from major carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, Amazon Logistics, DHL, and OnTrac. We notify you when eligible packages arrive.
